We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, accidents, or incorrect information provided by the customer. Insurance options are available on request.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate information about goods and access points.
Ensuring proper labeling of fragile items.
Making arrangements for necessary permits if required.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be informed at least 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of service.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, illegal goods, perishable items, or valuables like jewelry, cash, or important documents.
