1. Payment Terms
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
A booking confirmation may require an advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of service.
2. Pricing
Service charges are calculated based on distance, volume of goods, type of service, labor, and any additional requirements.
All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
3. Changes and Additional Charges
Any changes in the scope of work (extra items, additional stops, rescheduling) may lead to revised charges.
Final charges will be communicated before service completion.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be informed at least 24–48 hours in advance.
Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the timing and reason for cancellation.
5. Payment Security
All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
We do not store your banking or card details.
6. Non-Payment
Failure to pay the agreed amount may lead to withholding of goods or legal action as per applicable laws.
