• A booking confirmation may require an advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the day of service.

2. Pricing

• Service charges are calculated based on distance, volume of goods, type of service, labor, and any additional requirements.

• All prices are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

3. Changes and Additional Charges

• Any changes in the scope of work (extra items, additional stops, rescheduling) may lead to revised charges.

• Final charges will be communicated before service completion.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be informed at least 24–48 hours in advance.

• Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the timing and reason for cancellation.

5. Payment Security

• All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

• We do not store your banking or card details.

6. Non-Payment
Failure to pay the agreed amount may lead to withholding of goods or legal action as per applicable laws.
